How are real user feedback and AI reviews different?
The widget captures what actual visitors choose to tell you. AI reviews explore your public pages from a chosen perspective and suggest improvements backed by excerpts. They are clearly labeled interpretations, and work best alongside real user feedback.
What can the AI reviewer actually explore?
It reads up to four public pages, chooses useful links to follow, and reviews the content against your goal. Each finding includes evidence, a page link, and a recommended change. The private beta does not test logged-in flows, visual layout, page speed, or accessibility compliance.
Will the widget slow down my website?
The widget is a small standalone script with no framework dependencies. It loads asynchronously, keeps its styles isolated, and only sends feedback when someone chooses to submit it. It does not record sessions or silently capture forms.
How does the TopDo connection work?
Connect your TopDo destination once, then send selected feedback or a completed review with its evidence attached. GreatFeedback keeps the task link and can refresh its status. A closed task is not treated as a verified fix—you can run another review to check. TopDo requires a plan with integrations enabled.
What does the private beta include?
Apply for an invitation. Once approved, your team gets a 14-day evaluation with one website, three teammates, and three AI reviews. You can collect up to 500 visitor submissions. Invited teams receive 50% off the first year of their first paid subscription, starting when the subscription begins.
What happens if we reach a limit?
There are no automatic overage charges. New AI reviews pause when you reach your allowance, while existing reports remain readable. Visitor collection stops at the published submission limit. Paid usage allowances reset on the first day of each month, in UTC.
